Direct Service Providers (DSPs) are a critical component of serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). To reflect the value of the work that they do, we have increased starting wages for all of our staff starting July 1st, 2024.

Adult Development Program Instructor (full-time)

  • ADP Instructor is responsible for providing direct instructional services to individuals in areas including but not limited to activities of daily living, visual and performing arts, home economics, communication and social skills, physical exercise, vocational training, etc. Instructors will promote increased independence through planned curriculum, while insuring the safety, care and welfare of individuals.
  • Hourly wage $22.03
  • $1,000 sign-on bonus
  • Benefits: 11 paid holidays, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, paid time-off

Independent Living Instructor (full-time)

  • ILS instructor is responsible for providing direct training to individuals served in the ILS program to ensure that individuals are learning aspects of independent living and increasing independence in the least-restrictive, natural environments as per Individual Program Plans (IPPs) and Individual Service Plans (ISPs). Independent living skills include mobility and community access, budgeting and money management, personal and grocery shopping, cooking, and housekeeping.

Community Support Staff (full-time)

  • SLS Community Support Staff is responsible for providing home-based support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. They understand the goals and objectives of the individuals served as outlined in their Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and Individual Program Plans (IPPS), helps them meet their personal needs, and acquire skills needed to maintain community placement in a home of their own.

  • $1,000 sign-on bonus

Behavior Support Professional (full-time)

  • Behavior Support Professional ensures implementation of skill-based training based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and Positive Behavior Supports to teach individuals in a specialized residential facility how to deal with issues that may result in behavioral episodes as outlined in the resident’s Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and behavior plans. Behavior Support Professional is also responsible for maintaining a healthy, safe, comfortable, attractive, and clean home for the residents.

  • $1,000 sign-on bonus
