National Disability Employment Awareness Month

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM)! This month, we are celebrating the value and talent that our participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) bring to the workplace. This includes employed participants in our Independent Living Services (ILS) program, as well as those rocking paid janitorial work in our Adult Day Program (ADP).
